3. The Video Distribution, Inc. catalogue Coordinated by Robert Stefanotty in collaboration with Anna Canepa Following the founding of the distribution companies Castelli-Sonnabend Videotapes and Films in 1972 and Howard Wise’s Electronic Arts Intermix in 1973 this is the first catalogue co-curated by Anna Canepa a year before founding her eponymous distribution company. This early catalogue features works by Eleanor Antin, Colette, Douglas Davis, James Dearing, Hans Haacke, Al Hansen, Gene Highstein, K.H. Hodicke, Taka Iimura, Allan Kaprow, Akira Kokomo, Fred Krughoff, Robert Kushner, Richard Landry, Les Levine, Munroe-Schwartz, Dennis Oppenheim, Ulrike Rosenbach, Charlemagne Palestine and Roger Welch - many of the entries with descriptions of the works apart from technical details making for a useful reference guide. Finally the document doubles as announcement for new videocassettes in collaboration with Art Tapes in Florence with works by Pier Paolo Calzolari, Giuseppe Chiari, Colette, Antonio Dias and Jean Otth. This was the last newsletter set issued during George Wittenborn's lifetime. Envelope mailed to the collector Tjeerd Deelstra.

Joined: A letter by 'The George Wittenborn Fund" where we read that "A group of George Wittenborn's friends have joined together to establish a fund for the purchase of books to be placed in the Library of the Metropolitan Museum of Art in his memory. (...) Each book will be marked with a bookplate especially designed by Paul Rand designating it as a part of the Wittenborn gift. (...) The museum library will present an exhibition of the books he published sometime during 1975 and will issue a checklist of them. A complete set of his titles will become a part of this collection. (...) The letter is co-signed by Rose-Marie Chapman, Arthur A.
